Call Tracey: the AI receptionist for small businesses

Small businesses lose work every time a call goes to voicemail. Most callers won't leave a message; they'll just ring someone else. So we built Tracey.

When you can't answer, your phone diverts to Tracey. She answers like she works for you, greets regular customers by name, works out what's urgent and takes a proper message. Every call lands in your inbox with a summary and full transcript, and urgent calls can text you too.

  • Keep your own number, works with mobiles and office phone systems
  • Linked to your contacts, remembers previous calls
  • Holiday mode, message passing and an honest "I'm an AI assistant" from the first hello
Bespoke systems

Built for how our clients work

When off-the-shelf software doesn't fit, we design and build systems around the way a business actually runs.

Indian Queens Power Station: sign-in, induction & muster

A tablet at reception replaced the paper signing-in book. Staff, contractors and visitors sign in and out, and the system checks each person's site induction as they arrive, flagging anyone whose induction is expired, due or missing.

If the site has to be evacuated, the shift engineer runs the head count from their phone. The system deliberately runs off-site in the cloud, so the muster list is still there in a fire or power cut.

  • Live muster list and sign-in log for authorised engineers
  • Induction records and expiry dates managed in one place
  • Digital Take 5s and safety observations from any phone by scanning a QR code, with urgent reports texted to the shift engineer

Trevornick: staff rota, sign-in & payroll

Live since October 2026. Managers at the holiday park build each week's rota online and staff are emailed their shifts. Staff sign in and out, and record their breaks, on a tablet in their department.

At month end the system produces the payroll spreadsheet in the layout Trevornick already sends to its payroll company. Any shift where the clocking doesn't match the rota is held for a manager to sign off.

  • A live "Today" view of who's in, on a break or finished
  • Holiday requests, approvals and balances, including for seasonal staff
  • Under-18 working-time warnings, plus contractor sign-in to check hours against invoices
