Version 3.0. These terms apply to every order placed with MogIT Consultancy Limited from 28 October 2026.
Our terms for business customers
Our terms set out how we supply IT equipment, support, consultancy, hosting and bespoke software, and what each of us is responsible for. Schedule 1 covers how we look after personal data on your behalf, in line with the UK GDPR.
Please read them in full, in particular clause 9 (your responsibilities, including backups and security), clause 14 (our liability) and Schedule 1 (data protection).
At a glance
- Quotations are valid for 14 days.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days.
- Ongoing services run for an initial 12 months, then continue until either side gives 60 days' notice.
- You keep ownership of your data, and we'll let you export it when services end.
- Bespoke software is licensed to you for your business once it's paid for.
